The editor of this blog and all additional contributors agree to remain anonymous and avoid any references to the churches to which they were previously affiliated. The reasoning for this is as follows:
- We need to move on to new opportunities for worship and ministry.
- We should not be angry or bitter toward former pastors who acted dishonestly.
- We followed the process of Matthew 18 for church discipline, so our conscience is clear.
- We do not wish to bring additional shame and disrepute to our former churches, which are still in the cycle of decline or recovery.
